Bringing History to Life
At Stately Oaks we’re committed to being good stewards of all that has been handed down to us: our history, our people, our culture, and our physical resources. Our 1839 antebellum house is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. A plain Greek Revival architecture design, our main house is representative of the era in which it was built, as are the original 1839 Outdoor Log Kitchen, Old Bethel School - the last one room school house in Clayton County - the tenant house, blacksmith building, well house and Juddy’s Country Store all help to complete our historic community.
